John is responsible for the EMEAI region of Dow Chemical which had a sales revenue of > 10 Bn$ in 2016 and is part of Dow’s worldwide 179 manufacturing site, 35 country manufacturing operation. Joining Dow’s procurement team in 2005, John has lead several initiatives that include: Acceleration of value from LCCS deployment,  Integration synergies from both the Rohm & Haas acquisition and Dow Corning integration, and Supplier innovation for early-stage R&D.
Prior to Dow’s procurement group - John had 15 years with Dow in e-Commerce, Market Development and Technical Service positions and 5 years with Akzo Nobel in Coatings R&D. All this experience allowed him to publish scientific papers, file patents and launch commercially successful new products and services.
