Until recently, Anton was the program leader of the Global MTS Procurement Transformation across all categories and MTS Subsidiaries. As a result, a centralised procurement category management approach has now been implemented with effectively automated operational processes.  At present, Anton is leading the Contract Management function and several key projects.
