Ralf is a globally experienced Procurement and broader Supply Chain Executive. He currently leads Procurement for Johnson & Johnson’s Medical Devices sector. In this role, he is accountable to support a $20+ billion global business.  Over the past 25 years, Ralf has held various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble globally, based in EMEA and the US. He focused on Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and end-to-end Supply Chain Management. Throughout his career, Ralf has been involved in major transformation projects, change management programs, merger preparations and integration projects.
