Thierry Fausten is a doctoral researcher at Cranfield University. His research focuses on the management of multitiered supply networks. Juliane joined Rolls-Royce in 2005 as a Legal Advisor. After three years she joined the leadership of Purchasing, where she held various roles both on the strategic as well as on the operational side of Purchasing. She took over the position of a Commercial Executive supporting Marine in September 2011 with a responsibility for all contracts with the Marine suppliers worldwide (direct and indirect purchasing) as well as claims to and from the suppliers. She has three direct reports and is based in Germany. Prior to Rolls-Royce, Juliane was working for Carl Zeiss where she successfully managed big mergers and acquisitions, research and technology and other major projects. Juliane is a corporate member of the IACCM. She is married with two children, living in Berlin.
