Michele is currently responsible for leading the global Centre of Procurement Excellence as Senior Procurement Director of KDP.  Michele leads the Strategy and Capabilities Team to provide best practices for the S2P process, develop and implement the Tools/Technology Procurement Roadmap, driving main Procurement Initiatives to maximize the value creation for the Global Procurement Organization responsible for $6,5bn/yr spend, and a company revenue of over $15B.
