I'm Cristina Sangiorgi, currently leading the Customer Learning Hub at Sky Italy, where I’m responsible for the learning and development of our customer-facing workforce and change management.

My career has taken me on a unique journey—from working as a creative producer, to managing production categories as a global Procurement Manager, and now to shaping learning strategies that empower people to grow and adapt.

I’m a strong believer in the power of daily skill-building routines and the importance of critical thinking—especially in today’s fast-changing, VUCA and BANI world.

I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams thrive through diversity, curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning.

As a moderator, I bring energy, empathy, and a deep appreciation for the diverse perspectives that drive innovation in procurement and beyond.
