Manuel Roger is Managing Director EMEA for SpendHQ, the best-in-class SaaS provider of enterprise Spend Intelligence and Procurement Performance Management solutions. Manuel’s core focus is leveraging his SaaS and procurement practitioner expertise to empower procurement teams to identify, deliver, measure, and report financial and non-financial value.

Manuel graduated with an IT engineering degree and later earned an MBA from EM Lyon Business School. After several years as an International IT Procurement Manager, Manuel created and ran the Adecco Group’s global procurement function. Prior to joining SpendHQ, Manuel led the exponential growth of Beeline in EMEA and APAC for more than 10 years.
