Vincent has 35 years of experience in high-value, complex procurement and transformation across various sectors. His career includes 14 years in the rail industry, 12 years in the UK central government, and 6 years with the UK's largest local authority, where he served as Group Chief Executive Officer for their trading organizations, overseeing 1,800 employees and managing a diverse international portfolio. For the past 3 years, Vincent has been with Ardagh Group, responsible for a global multi-billion dollar portfolio. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and holds an MBA in Strategy and Procurement from the University of Birmingham.
