Cristina Teodor-Ilie is Group Procurement Director at NEPI Rockcastle, with over 15 years of experience leading procurement transformation and strategic sourcing across the banking and real estate sectors. She drives value creation and operational excellence across a pan-European portfolio, with expertise in procurement transformation, supplier relationship management, and organizational integration. Previously, Cristina led Central Procurement at OTP Bank Romania and contributed to international procurement initiatives at Erste Group. She also played a key role in the integration of Volksbank Romania following its acquisition by Banca Transilvania. An MCIPS-certified procurement leader and former Deputy Chair of CIPS Romania, Cristina is also the founder of Elite Procurement Community, a Romanian non-profit dedicated to advancing the profession through collaboration and knowledge sharing. A frequent speaker on procurement transformation, supply chain resilience and strategic leadership, Cristina is passionate about fostering continuous learning and enabling innovation through simplicity and collaboration.
