Dolores is Vice President of Procurement Services with a focus on Business growth for the EMEA region at WNS Denali. With WNS since May 2020, Dolores comes with more than two decades of experience across multiple roles in leadership, sales and operations within the Business Process Management industry leading business transformation initiatives across areas of Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Banking and Financial Services.

Dolores is passionate about working closely with clients, understanding their true needs, driving impactful customer relationships, co-creating solutions, and achieving business outcomes together. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing, German and French from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. Dolores is Italian, has worked and lived in different countries, including Italy, France, UK, Germany and Switzerland which has further enhanced the ability to think and act cross-geography and cross-culture.
