Andrea is a Procurement Manager working in a different procurement dimension, since 2016 she´s leading the Compliance, Systems, Process & Analytics (CSP&A) Europe & MEA for Ecolab. After spending nearly, a decade in different procurement functions and sectors (food, energy, pharma, consulting) Andrea get to know what truly drive procurement successful teams. She´s working to stabilize the data and processes foundations to move them forward to the next level: digital transformation and focused procurement functions. Ecolab is recently starting the metamorphosis from traditional PMO function into PDO (Procurement Digital Office).
