Throughout his career, he has led procurement transformation across complex global organizations, managing multi-billion-dollar supplier spend and delivering multi-million-dollar, double-digit cost savings through strategic sourcing and supplier optimization. He has successfully led post-merger integration and private equity scale-up programs, leveraging platforms including SAP, Ariba, Concur, Oracle, and Coupa to enhance transparency, agility and efficiency. Known for building high-performing global teams and influencing C-suite stakeholders, he has consistently driven cost reduction, supplier resilience, and sustainable business outcomes.
