Anicar Brus is Head of Procurement at Evos, where she built and leads the Group Procurement function across eight terminals in Europe. Over the past years, she has focused on creating a more collaborative, business-driven procurement organisation by introducing common governance, strengthening supplier partnerships, and implementing a category management approach built around Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Passionate about making procurement simpler, more influential, and ready for the future, Anicar is currently driving initiatives in AI, digitalisation, and capability development. Outside of procurement, she is also a published writer, bringing the power of storytelling into the way she leads, communicates, and inspires teams.
