Anna Spinelli

Anna joined DHL Group as CPO in June 2020 to lead a diverse and inclusive global procurement organization committed to build a competitive and sustainable ecosystem between the supplier base and the Group. Since August 2022, she is also leading the mobility organization, responsible for fleet management and electric vehicles engineering services.

Until March 2025, Anna also held the role of non-executive board member first at Enics (CH) and subsequently at GPV (DK), companies known for electronics manufacturing (EMS).

Prior to joining DHL, she gained international experience in procurement, supply chain and operations, in different sectors - automotive, electronics, consumer goods, and telecommunications. She worked for some industry leading companies in Europe and the USA: Fiat, GM, BMW Group, Royal Philips and Telecom Italia. She holds a Master's Degree in Management Engineering from the University of Udine (IT). Anna has been awarded by CIPS (Chartered Institute Procurement & Supply) as Leader of the year in September 2023, and by BME (Procurement and Logistics Association) as CPO of the year in October 2022; appointed as #1 in the Top 100 Women in Procurement – Procurement Magazine in April 2022, as Engineer of the year by ALIg (Association Management Engineering) in October 2016 and as one of the "Top Frauen in der Autobranche" – Automobilwoche in October 2011.
