Over the past 20 years Asim has held successful Managerial positions within Quality, Purchasing, Supply-Chain, Operations and Project Management in a host of countries, within the automotive industry. His career started in Quality and organically grew into Procurement, Supply Chain & Project Management with a stream of challenges and success stories. At the beginning of 2015, Asim embarked on a global strategic initiative to lead the sourcing and deployment activity of a P2O software tool, that would fundamentally change the premise of procurement processes worldwide. He led the deployment operation in 100+ entities spanning across 20+ countries from blueprint concept to post launch hyper-care. This journey presented a myriad of challenges in driving towards one global on-line system, namely due to the complex variation of master data, ERP types and associated Financial account structures.
