I am Vice President Procurement Europe & MEA for Ecolab since 2013. I have the responsibility for Direct and indirect materials, a portfolio of more than 1.5 Billion of spend, for the Europe & MEA regions. Prior joining the Procurement function, I held different supply chain and business functions for Ecolab. In the past 4 years, I drove the transformation of Procurement towards strategic sourcing with the creation of Focussed Centres of Expertise. More recently with the deployment of the Procurement Business Partners network we enabled and accelerated collaboration with the Business to build an Ambidextrous function that is impacting Bottom and Top Lines. Since a couple of months, we started to embrace the Digital transformation with the creation of the Procurement Digital office.
