Collin Lyons is the Delivery and Transformation Director at ustwo, a digital product studio that conceives, designs and makes award-winning digital products for clients around the world, across sectors. He’s spent over twenty years supporting companies across the globe to improve their digital capabilities, and the last 9 years at ustwo. He’s a passionate and experienced presenter, facilitator and trainer. His deep understanding and broad experience means he brings practical learnings and he shares his knowledge without resorting to jargon. Collin is also the author of Make, Learn, Change - a concise, accessible playbook for any leader who wants to better understand Agile and learn how they can implement it properly in their team or organisation.
