Erman Bezikoglu is Head of Global Centre of Excellence and Indirect Procurement at Fuller Technologies, where he leads global procurement excellence, indirect sourcing and supply chain transformation initiatives. His remit covers procurement strategy, process governance, digitalisation, business intelligence, supplier performance and cross-functional improvement. Before joining Fuller Technologies, Erman worked as an Independent Procurement Consultant, undertaking leadership assignments across digital, pharmaceutical and technology organisations, including serving as Global IT Procurement and Vendor Manager for The Adecco Group. Previously, he was Senior Global Category Manager at Novartis. Earlier in his career, Erman served as Head of Procurement for Accenture’s Balkan Cluster, following his role as Procurement Consultant for Professional Services. He began his career with Deutsche Post DHL Group, progressing through international roles in Germany, Belgium and the Czech Republic before becoming an IT Project Manager at DHL Global IT Services.
