Irma Kopaliani

Irma is a global procurement manager with diverse experience across multiple industries, including pharma, medical devices, and Fintech. She has expertise in both direct procurement (e.g., active ingredients, metal parts) and indirect procurement (e.g., supporting sales and marketing organizations).

She has built strategic sourcing functions from the ground up, designed operating models, implemented tools, and streamlined processes. She has also ventured into GenAI and is building a fully AI-driven P2P process. She particularly enjoys setting up open innovation to drive strategy, working closely with her team, and - of course - being hands-on when needed: negotiating with strong sales teams, building pricing models and negotiation tactics, and upskilling stakeholders in their negotiation skills.
