Karina Ziskel combines hands-on consulting experience in maintenance management with data-driven operational expertise. Having worked in maintenance consulting at FIR e. V. an der RWTH Aachen, she laid her research-driven foundation by developing an innovative MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) concept for Dräger during her Master's thesis. Building on this core background in industrial asset management, she currently drives strategic client relationships and digital spare parts management as an Account Manager at SPARETECH. In her sessions, Karina bridges applied research with real-world digital supply chain strategies to help industrial teams optimize their spare parts management.
