Mark Adams

Mark spent 20 years at the head of Toyota’s European purchasing organisation in the UK and shortly after in the Brussels HQ as Vice president. He then undertook assignments in Corporate Strategy, Business innovation, Organisation Design and Digitalisation. Throughout his career, Mark has placed people development and organisational culture firmly at the top of the leadership agenda. Prioritising time spent in teams developing strategy, together with optimised face to face time with key supplier and stakeholder personnel have been the hallmarks of his management style. Now working independently, he is passionate about passing on the importance of people to the next generation as we face the opportunity of digital efficiency.
