Michael is the former Global Head of Information and Communication Technology Sourcing and Procurement at Ericsson and spent 20 years on the corporate side of the business in various management roles.  Michael is now advising organisations and coaches’ individuals as an independent sourcing and procurement consultant with a particular focus on defining advanced sourcing strategies and Agile organisational structures, as well as directing advanced digital procurement transformation activities. His expertise includes IT sourcing and procurement, digital procurement technologies, sourcing business partnership, off-shoring/outsourcing, category management, and supply chain management. Michael is an advocate and active supporter for procurement startups that simply want to advance the world of procurement.
