Michael is a passionate logistics specialist with over 33 years of experience in European transport management. He is a German citizen who has resided in Madrid for the last 29 years. He has held leading positions for Kühne & Nagel and CHEP. Being responsible for transport purchasing in Europe and satisfying the cost and service KPI targets of CHEP has become more challenging every year when at the same time the situation creates a strongly increasing need of CHEP’s logistics partners in terms of collaborative logistics solutions to secure future capacity improving financial and environmental impacts.
