Monique has global responsibility for Indirect Spend including packaging, logistics and Capex. She leads a  team of 60+ of Global and Regional Category Managers and Regional teams. Monique’s focuses are driving procurement contribution, strong collaboration with stakeholders and transforming the Indirect team to drive them towards business partners that deliver the best for Givaudan and ensure spend is done in a smart (er) way.
