Nick  joined Astellas, a Japanese R&D driven global pharmaceutical company in December 2015 and since this point has led transformations across the EMEA Procurement & Corporate Real Estate organizations with a focus on delivering incremental value through improved business alignment and increased capabilities.  Most recently, over the past 18 months, he has led the strategy and implementation of a Business Services model supporting both Finance and Procurement from delivery centres in India and Romania. Astellas have recently commenced their next phase of global Transformation and as a result, his current focus is on transforming the global Procurement organisation, operating model and value proposition.  Nick has 20 years of experience in Procurement & Supply Chain across a number of industries including Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Building Materials, Media & FMCG; with the past 10 years spent predominantly on transformational activities.
