Nina has a background in various Indirect roles in multi-national companies operating in different industries. Today she is the Global Lead Buyer in the Indirect Sourcing division of SEG Automotive. Their capex sourcing team is a team of 7 people, spread across all regions. Currently she focuses on right-sizing processes after the company’s carve out from Robert Bosch. Her past experience in multi-cultural change management and stakeholder management, as well as a motivator prove to be beneficial for this task.
