With the team of 100+ FTEs he is focused on unlocking the value via systematic management of both direct and indirect procurement. Procurement is one of the key drivers to grow ebitda and portfolio value. He has also experience in managing and transforming large, multichannel sales organizations in telecommunications sector. Experience from executive positions in both Procurement and Sales sometimes gives different perspective to address business opportunities.
