Signe Martedal is Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Noble, where she leads a team of 130 and oversees the company's end‑to‑end supply chain. After a long supply chain career with Maersk, she played a key role in driving the SCM integration following the Maersk Drilling–Noble merger in 2022 and the Diamond Drilling acquisition in 2024. Beyond her functional expertise, Signe is passionate about leadership development and building high‑performing teams.
