Tatiana Pavlova is the Senior Manager, Strategic Learning and Development at Yara International, responsible for driving strategic initiatives within the people development space. In Yara, Tatiana’s recent primary focus was on building a career development ecosystem for the global procurement function.

Tatiana is a people development professional with 14 years of international experience and previously held global roles in multinational companies, including Shell and Ingersoll Rand, where she initiated and managed a wide spectrum of talent development, DEI, learning, and development initiatives. Her passion lies in creating high-potential workplace environments, where business gets what it needs to succeed, and people feel engaged and empowered. Holding a PhD in Modern & Contemporary History, Tatiana enjoys blending her scholarly insights with practical business acumen.
