Vid Doria is Head of Strategic Procurement and Cost Management at OTP banka Slovenia, responsible for both IT and non‑IT procurement. Among ther things his taskc includs governance, sourcing strategy, and cost optimization across the bank. He leads the digital transformation of procurement, implementing and optimizing tools for contract management, centralized document storage, and automated invoice workflows to strengthen transparency, compliance, and efficiency.. Previously, Vid headed Outsourced Services at SKB banka and co-led vendor and procurement integration during Slovenia's largest banking merger between SKB and NKBM.
