Andrea is Head of CSP&A Procurement and since 2016 head lead the Compliance, Systems, Process & Analytics (CSP&A) Procurement across EMEA for Ecolab. After spending nearly, a decade in different procurement functions and sectors (FMCG, energy, pharma and consulting) Andrea knows what truly drives successful procurement teams. She is working to stabilise the data and processes, focusing on digital transformation and focused procurement functions. Ecolab have recently started the metamorphosis from traditional PMO function into a Procurement Digital Office.
